For medcomm agencies

Take on the next pharma client without building a technology department.

Each pharma client judges your agency by its own standard operating procedure (SOP). Pharmagin gives each client a separate workspace, and our team sets it up, connects it, and supports it. You keep the client.

The workspace switcher open in the top bar, listing the agency's own workspace and two pharma client workspaces.

Each client, its own SOP.

How Pharmagin helps

Each client's SOP, from the pitch to the review.

ProblemThe prospect asks how its SOP would run.

Show the client its own SOP, running.

Bring us the prospect's SOP before the pitch. Pharmagin's assistant drafts the rule map, and our team checks each rule with yours. Your team then walks the client through its own checks in a demo workspace.

The start time field in a program type's setup: the earliest selectable date is 21 days from today, with no latest limit.

ProblemYour planners switch clients between programs.

Each client's rules switch with the workspace.

Switch clients, and the approvers, speaker caps, and attendance limits switch too. One client allows an HCP one program per topic in 12 months. The other allows three a year. Every rule is checked at the moment it applies.

One client's attendance frequency rule: restricted by topic, a maximum of 1, over a rolling 12 months.
Another client's attendance frequency rule: restricted across all topics, a maximum of 3, per calendar year.

Every healthcare professional (HCP) is one record, and a program can’t close until its attendees and spend are right, so Aggregate Spend has each HCP’s total the day a program closes. See the reports

Each approval, change, and override stays on the program with a name and a time. Security and separation

Same planner, two client rulebooks

Transcript · Same planner, two client rulebooks · 1:32

One planner. Two pharma clients. Two SOPs. Each one has its own approvers, speaker tiers, and HCP attendance limits. Your planner switches between them all day. Then one client's rule lands on the other client's request. The program runs on the wrong approval path, and the question lands on your agency. Pharmagin keeps each client in its own workspace, with its own rules. Your planner switches clients from the top bar, and the branding, the speaker tiers, and the approvers switch too. Each client decides how strict a rule is. Here, a program over ten HCPs goes to a third reviewer. The other client stops at two. One client also asks for a signed venue contract before the program. Nobody has to look it up. Pharmagin applies each client's attendance limit too: one program per topic in twelve months, or three a year. One of them also keeps trained speakers out of the audience. Each client keeps its own process, and your planners never mix them up. Your agency takes on the next client with its rules already in place. To start with one client's SOP, reach out at pharmagin.com. Our team maps it with your planners.

The team behind yours

Your agency owns the relationship. Our team runs the technology.

We agree on the split before the work starts.

  1. Before launch

We map each client's SOP with your planners and set up its checks.

  2. At launch

We work with the client's IT to connect its CRM and Zoom, then test real programs and known exceptions.

  3. After launch

When the client's SOP changes, we make the change once, and every open program follows.

Your client's review

When your client reviews the platform, the answers are ready.

Your client's compliance, procurement, and IT teams look at the platform before the client signs. Each finds its answer here, and we join the review call when you want us there.

  • Compliance

Each rule in the client's SOP is checked at the step it applies, and every exception keeps a name and a reason.

    How each rule is checked
  • Security and procurement

The client's data sits in its own workspace, behind two separate checks. Certification status and contract terms are provided on request.

  • IT and the client's CRM

The client's IT talks to our team, with your agency in the room. We know Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce, and each program shows up in the client's CRM.

Common questions

Questions agency leaders ask before making a change.

Short answers here. The details depend on your clients and systems.

What does mapping a client's SOP involve?

Send us the SOP, redacted as you need. Our assistant drafts the rule map, and our team checks each rule with you. Then you review the checks in a demo workspace for that client.

We don't have technical staff. Who works with our client's IT?

Our team does. We know Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce. We join the calls with the client's IT, connect its CRM, and keep it running, and your agency stays the client's contact.

Can we offer our clients more than running their programs?

Yes. Each program can show up in the client's CRM, its data team can get program files, and the setup follows how that client works. Our team builds it, and your agency offers it.

Can Pharmagin replace the platform vendor we use today?

Yes. We look at your current setup, integrations, and active programs first, then plan the move. It can start with one client or one new program.

We built our own platform. Can we still work with you?

Yes. Keep your product team, your methods, and the systems that work for you. Hand Pharmagin the platform work you'd rather not carry.

Do all clients have to move at the same time?

No. Move one client or one new account while the others stay on their current system.

Can we run advisory boards and other meetings on it?

Yes. Speaker programs lead, and advisory boards and training meetings are set up the same way, in each client's workspace.

Will Pharmagin talk to our clients?

Your agency stays the face of the client. We join client or procurement calls when you want us there.

What should we bring to a first call?

One program, client request, or integration your current system handles badly. Tell us who uses it, which systems it touches, and what you want to keep.

Next step

Bring the client you're pitching next.

We'll map its SOP, set up its checks in a demo workspace, and show your team how its programs would run.
