Platform overview

Six stages of a program, one platform.

A speaker program changes hands many times between the rep's request and the spend report. At each hand-off, the client's standard operating procedure (SOP) has a rule. Pharmagin runs all six stages in that client's workspace, checks each rule at the step it applies, and keeps one record per healthcare professional (HCP).

A closed program reopened for a correction: the lifecycle shows Closed (Reopened), every close-readiness check has passed, and the program is ready to re-close.

Six stages, one record

Every stage of the program, with the client's rules where they apply.

Each row is one stage of a speaker program, in person, virtual, or hybrid. Follow it to the page that shows it in the product.

  1. Request

A rep's request follows the client's form, its lead time, and its approval path.

  2. Speaker

A speaker off contract, untrained on the topic, or over the cap can't be added.

  3. Audience

Each registration is matched to one HCP record, and an HCP at the client's limit can't register, even on their own phone.

  4. Venue & meals

Virtual programs carry no meal line, and meal cost per attendee stays under the client's limit.

  5. Program night

Each HCP signs in on their own phone, with a signature and a meal answer. A walk-in signs in on the spot.

  6. Close-out & reporting

A program closes only when its attendees are matched, its actual spend is in, and each HCP's share is allocated. Spend per HCP is ready for Open Payments the day it closes.

Bring a program one of your clients asked about. We'll run it through each stage in a demo workspace set up with that client's rules.
