Applicability
This policy applies to Pharmagin’s online services and associated applications, pharmagin.com and other Pharmagin websites, and related interactions such as support inquiries and events. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Services or Websites.
This policy does not govern third-party applications, software, products, or services that connect to the Services. Those providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
Information we collect and receive
Pharmagin may collect or receive the following categories of information:
- User Data submitted to the Services by customers and authorized users.
- Account information, such as name, business email, phone number, domain, credentials, and similar account details.
- Usage and service metadata about features, content, files, links, meetings, and connected services used.
- Log and device information, including IP address, referring page, browser, settings, timestamps, language, identifiers, operating system, and crash data.
- Approximate location information derived from business addresses, IP addresses, or device settings and consent.
- Cookie and similar-technology information used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and communications where enabled.
- Contact, third-party, and submitted information provided through support, forms, campaigns, events, social channels, imports, or business partners.
Some information is collected automatically. If information required to establish or operate an account is not provided, Pharmagin may be unable to provide the relevant Service. The next section describes what Pharmagin’s websites collect.
Our websites
When you contact us through a website form, we collect what you enter (your name, work email, company, what you would like to discuss, and any optional details) and record your consent and when you sent it. We use it to respond to you. Please do not include patient health information or other sensitive personal information.
Our websites also record how they are used, such as pages viewed, videos played, and buttons selected, together with the referring website, campaign tags, your IP address, browser and device type, and an approximate location and network organization based on your connection. To recognize a returning browser, they set a first-party cookie holding a random identifier that lasts up to two years. If you send us a contact request, we link that identifier to your request, so your earlier and later visits are associated with you, and we keep a summary of how you found us with the request.
Service providers host our websites, protect our forms from spam and abuse, store submissions, and send us email notifications. Our websites do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
Pharmagin processes User Data according to the customer’s instructions, applicable agreements, and law. Pharmagin uses other information to operate and protect the Services, respond to requests, administer accounts and billing, communicate service and product information, understand usage, improve features, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Aggregated or de-identified information that is no longer reasonably associated with an identifiable person may be used for business, research, and service-improvement purposes.
Data retention
User Data is retained according to customer instructions, applicable agreements, product settings, and legal requirements. Deletion or deactivation may result in deletion or de-identification of related information.
We keep contact requests, and the link between a request and its browser, for one year after submission, and other site usage records, including IP addresses, for 25 months, then delete them in a regular cleanup. Daily totals that do not identify anyone may be kept longer.
Other information may be retained for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including operating the business, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
How information is shared and disclosed
Pharmagin may share information in the following circumstances:
- At the customer’s instruction and through the collaboration and administration features the customer enables.
- With authorized users, owners, administrators, and connected accounts according to permissions and settings.
- With service providers, business partners, affiliates, and customer-configured third-party services that support the Services.
- During a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or similar business transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
- To comply with law or legal process, enforce rights, prevent fraud or abuse, protect safety, or act with consent.
- As aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably associated with an identifiable person.
Security and third-party services
Pharmagin uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customer-configured third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may process information according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. Account tools may support some requests. Where Pharmagin processes data for a customer, the customer may need to handle the request as controller.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information, subject to verification and legal exceptions. Submit a request to [email protected]. Pharmagin may request information needed to verify the requester and the scope of the request.
To see or delete a contact request you sent us, email [email protected] from the address you used. We delete it together with the records of that visit.
Pharmagin does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing email preferences can be changed through the communication or by contacting Pharmagin. Service, security, billing, and administrative communications may still be required to operate an account.
Controller and processor roles
In general, the customer controls User Data submitted to the Services and Pharmagin processes that User Data on the customer’s behalf. Pharmagin generally acts as controller for account, website, business, and other information it collects for its own operational purposes. The applicable agreement and law determine the role in a particular situation.
Age limitations
The Services and Websites are intended for business use by adults. Pharmagin does not knowingly allow use by anyone under 18 where prohibited by law. Contact Pharmagin if you believe a minor has unlawfully provided personal information.
Cookie policy
Cookies are small files stored by a browser or device. Session cookies expire when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted.
Our websites do not use cookies for advertising. They set one first-party analytics cookie, a random identifier that lets us recognize a returning browser for up to two years, and keep a random identifier for the current visit in your browser that is cleared when you close the tab. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the websites and forms from abuse.
The Services use cookies and similar technologies required for sign-in, security, and saved preferences, and record product usage to operate and improve the Services.
Browser and device controls can restrict or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect sign-in, security checks, or saved settings.
Changes to this policy
Pharmagin may update this policy as laws, technology, products, and business practices change. Changes will be posted on this page. Additional notice may be provided when a change materially affects privacy rights.
