Business Development

Position: Business Development Manager 

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager works with the Sales team to expand the number of new customers. The Business Development Manager will be assigned to named prospects and will be responsible for achieving agreed new business objectives. The position will also be responsible for contract renewals on assigned customer accounts.

The Business Development Manager represents the entire range of company products and services, and reports to the Executive Vice President, Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Pharmagin Enterprise Pipeline

  • Outbound prospecting of Pharmaceutical and MedComm Agency’s

  • Work closely with Sales Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for net new business

  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in Target Accounts

  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using

  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities

  • Learn and maintain sound knowledge of Pharmagin’s products, industry trends and competition.

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Relevant Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Development and/or Account Management Role

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • A knowledge of and Linked-In and advantage

  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • College degree

Position: Inside Sales Account Executive – Part Time

Job description:

An opportunity exists to work with one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Las Vegas area for an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. The position is initially a part-time role (20 hours per week). Pharmagin provides technology solutions for Pharmaceutical Companies and Medical Communication Agency’s to help them deliver effective and compliant HCP Education Programs. Pharmagin is a collaborative and fun environment where your contributions will be visible and highly impactful.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing prospects and educating new perspective clients, engaging decision makers and driving conversations in order to schedule appointments and help close business for senior sales executives

  • Engage with clients, set up appointments, and help close business to drive company revenue and personal commission goals

  • Prospect and qualify new business prospects in the Healthcare industry with cold calls, LinkedIn Navigator and targeted emails

  • Research the target market, develop and respond to leads, and work to know and understand the value proposition the product brings to the market.

  • Support national sales goals and events, working with senior leaders and other members of the team to drive business and meet goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 1 - 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology, or tech startup environments

  • Strong drive to make money and be successful in a fast paced, startup environment

  • Very strong communication skills (oral & written)

  • Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential

  • Interest in technology and healthcare industries with the ability to explain technology in everyday terms

  • Coachable and willing to learn quickly with a high level of self-motivation to constantly improve
